Mar. 1-Apr. 30 GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Butterflies Are Blooming―This is believed to be one of the largest seasonal butterfly exhibits in the United States. Over a period of 8 weeks, thousands of butterflies flit and flutter in the tropical habitat of the conservatory. Location: Lena Meijer Conservatory at Frederik Meijer Gardens. Mar. 31 LAKE WALES, Fla., Easter Sunrise Service―Begun in 1927, this service is the oldest yearly tradition at the gardens. Mar. 29-May 5 WOODBURN, Ore., Tulip Fest―More than 40 acres of tulips and daffodils, a children's garden and a farm equipment display are offered during the week.
